MISSIONS:

Directly attached to the director of country entreprise business dept, you will have as duties and responsibilities to :

• Presale supports including bidding, system design, technical proposal, price quote, presentations, presale testing and others etc.
  

• Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key enterprise accounts such as government, financial, electrical, railway, education and petrol companies.
  
• Communicate between the firm and our enterprise accounts. Identify key requirements, adapt the firm’s solutions for customers' situation and promote full range of its solutions.
  
• Manage internal communication among Marketing, Engineering and other teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
  
• Collect and analyze marketing information, make competition, promotion and other marketing strategies and plans. Create co-operative business plans with customers and partners.

• Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.

• Support the enterprise business in all the north africal regional offices.

PROFIL:

Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. Minimum three years of technical pre-sales working experience in venders or system integrators. Technical Support Working experiences are strongly preferred.

Good knowledge in the fields of routing, switching, network security, VoIP, call center, data center, SAN, FC, cabling and other enterprise network fields.  Basic knowledge in the fields of fixed Network such as optical transmission, microwave, and FTTx or Wireless network.

You have proven an ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with sales promotion at CxO and technical level, an ability to understand the customer's requirements in order to design the desired solution and an ability to show creativity and welcoming challenges.

Good oral and written communication, excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing), interpersonal skills and fluency in English. French language is a plus.

Availability to travel outside Egypt for several months.
